From the vision of the founders of the project comes the very idea of the University City to contribute in building the coming Tunisian generations of youth who will be the future of this country and as well those coming from other countries seeking the leading of what the latest the world can provide in education providing the platform and the suitable infrastructure to leap into the future.

University City will host the most prominent universities, colleges and faculties from all sides of the world to revive Carthage and Kairouan which brought civilization to the whole of Europe and acted as the beacon of light that helped move Europe back from the darkness of ignorance.
